The Air Force Titan 4B, known as B-26, will launch a classified payload for the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office. This will be last Titan 4 flight, ending the program that began launches in 1989.
Launch delayed from 2003, Feb. 2004, June 30, July 10 and Sept. 9. [Oct. 5]
